The winners of the 2026 Zhejiang Provincial Government Quality Award were recently announced. Our patent, "A kind of High-Density CFC Plate and Its Preparation Method," received the Patent Award.This award is held biennially and is a prestigious recognition in Zhejiang's intellectual property sector, with rigorous evaluation standards.
The patented technology focuses on optimizing the manufacturing process of high-density CFC plates. To address common industry challenges such as low densification efficiency and inconsistent product performance, we improved key processes including fiber layup, temperature-controlled hot pressing, and gradient densification - effectively resolving quality issues like porosity and delamination.The technology is now in mass production, and our products are widely used in photovoltaic hot zoon parts, lightweight of high-end equipment, and other key sectors.
