We have now broken through the limitations of producing panels larger than 3 meters in size and have resolved technical challenges such as warping, delamination, and low production efficiency when the thickness is less than 3 mm. Currently, we have the capacity to produce 1,000 tons annually.

Carbon/carbon (C/C) components are formed by combining carbon fiber preforms with reinforcing materials, resulting in a range of desirable properties for the hot zones of vacuum high-temperature heat treatment furnaces. These properties include high strength, high-temperature resistance, excellent thermal stability, low thermal expansion coefficient, electromagnetic shielding, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, oxidation resistance, low weight, and good flexibility. The components can be manufactured in the form of flat panels through conductive heat pressing.

C/C composite flat panels are widely used as structural materials in semiconductor furnaces, photovoltaic mono/multi-crystalline furnaces, crystal growth furnaces, vacuum high-temperature furnaces, and powder metallurgy furnaces.
