Currently, our insulating product series holds a market share of over 25% in the high-temperature vacuum industry and over 60% in the photovoltaic polycrystalline thermal field.

 

Our special manufacturing process ensures that the insulating rigid and flexible felts have extremely uniform thickness and density distribution, guaranteeing consistent high insulation performance. They also feature high oxidation resistance, slow fiber powdering rate, and long service life.

 

Standard carbon fiber flat rigid felt is produced by mixing and pressing of Pan-based carbon fiber material and binder, followed by high temperature treatment at temperature up to max 2400℃. In the final production step the rigid felt is machined to the desired dimensions.

 

Rigid felt is a rigid insulation material with low thermal conductivity based on carbon fibers. It shows its best performance in temperatures beyond 800℃ in inert gas or vacuum furnaces.

Product feature

 

Standard carbon fiber hard felt is manufactured through a process of needling and composite connection of webbing and spray gluing and curing. After carbonization and graphitization treatment, its maximum service temperature can reach 2400℃. Proven performance in a wide range of applications, from insulating material for high temperature furnaces.
